RETURNS:
Your
satisfaction is
very important
to us. Please
call us
immediately if
there has been
an error on our
part in
fulfilling your
order and we
will do
everything in
our power to
correct the
situation. If
you are not
satisfied with
an item
immediately upon
arrival, please
call us within
15 days for a
Return
Merchandize
Authorization
Number. Only
then return the
item to us
promptly and
insured in its
original
shipping carton.
You may request
and receive a
refund in the
same form as
your original
payment or
exchange the
product for a
substitute item
only if you call
within 15 days
and the returned
item is in new
condition and
the sealed
original
packaging is
received back to
us within 30
days of our
original
shipment date to
you. Beyond this
period, all
sales are final.
Absolutely no
returns of items
used and not in
absolutely new
condition, not
in original
sealed packaging
or special
ordered,
non-stocked
items. This
applies to all
items including
but not limited
to Bows,
Crossbows,
Releases,
Sights, Arrow
Rest, Arrows or
cut Shafts.
Special order
items may not be
cancelled or
returned under
any
circumstances.
Because of
insurance
reasons,
Treestands,
Crossbows and
Blackpowder
rifles may not
be returned if
the boxes have
been opened.
These items are
covered under
manufacturer
warranties and
customers should
contact the
manufacturer
with repair and
warranty issues.
Approval of
Returned
Merchandise is
at the
discretion of
Whitney’s
Archery
management as to
the item's
condition and
ability to be
returned. We
reserve the
right to refuse
the return of
any product that
is damaged or is
in any way in
unsaleable
condition.
Returns received
after 30 days
and those
showing any wear
may be refused
entirely or they
will carry a 20%
restocking fee.
Return shipping
will only be
refunded in the
event of an
Whitney’s
Archery error.
Returns without
a RMA Number on
the outside of
the box will be
refused and
returned to
sender.
